Abstract:
In this study rules and regulations of Iranian government related to Afghan refugees will be studied. Whether these rules and regulations provide the required protection for Afghan Refugees. Moreovere, This study will concentrte on whether Iran’s policies toward Afghan refugees are compatable with Universal declaration Human right.
Short-bio:
Negin Bavili, finished her PhD in Political science and Public Administration in Ankara University (Mülkiye). She has been a visiting researcher in Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg in Germany and Ioannina University in Greece. She currently cooperates with Mirekoç as a visiting researcher. She is proficient on Iranian political issues and Middle East. Her research interests are Immigration Policies, human rights in Islamic Countries, and Gender discrimination.
